Linglestown Gazette: Trash day obstacle

The Linglestown area experienced another windy trash day today. Not pictured are wind-blown recyclables caused by cans tipping over.

At 8:59 AM, Anonymous said...: If people would just put out the bags instead of the cans with wheels, there wouldn't be such a problem. Also, if it's windy, do you really need to put out your recycling? Can you skip a week?
