C.D. schools ban bullying

Central Dauphin school directors voted Monday night to adopt a policy that prohibits bullying, including cyber bullying.

Bullying is nothing new, but it's become a huge issue in education circles as violence in schools has escalated. Doing a Google search for "school bullying" results in 1.75 million links.
