I was wanting to drop by to watch the festivities but just didn't make it away from work in time. Had they set any auction terms such as minimum bid?

$25,000 in guaranteed funds was required to bid on the property. Otherwise, I couldn't find any other financial requirements.

According to auction terms and conditions, the assessed value of the four properties is $241,700.

That's a price I'd pay! :)

Thank you.

I would have liked to see the faces on the owners...

There must have been a preset minimum bid. Bidders needed $25,000 to take a crack at the four properties.
