Linglestown shopping update

* The merchants of Linglestown are sponsoring a Fall Festival this Friday through Sunday, Sept. 28-30. Specials promotions, tastings and light refreshments will be offered at ...

- Chocolate Cafe
- First Impressions
- St. Thomas Roasters
- Linglestown Flowers & Gifts

Festival hours are Friday 10-8, Saturday 9-5, and Sunday 12-4.

* Hollywood Video is closing. The store shares a parking lot with the Weis on Linglestown Road.

The closing of the West Coast Video is EXTREMELY disappointing. It ws SO convenient to run up and get a movie and my kids LOVED renting video games there.

That place seemed to be doing GREAT business.

I suggest a petition drive to corporate....a massive rally....a march on Ron Marsico's office to demand action and stop them from closing.

WHO'S WITH ME????

Does anyone know why they closed and what is going in there and what are the chances of getting another movie/game rental store in our area?

I guess the closest place now for Linglestown is the Blockbuster near K Mart.
