TGIF Linglestown edition

Linglestown Forum on PennLive.com is jumping today – Flagpole skirmish under way on threads #287, 288 and 291 … Murphy’s Automotive, located in the village square, gets glowing reviews from satisfied customers on #289 … Qfest, known as Q on this blog, announces a restaurant opening at Patton Place shopping plaza on #290.

Central Dauphin School District’s former Fishing Creek Elementary School has been sold to Yellow Breeches Education Center Inc., which operates special education services for school districts in the Harrisburg region. Some readers may remember that parents in the valley pitched a fit a few years ago when the school was closed.

Triple Crown Corp., a Lower Paxton Township developer, has been honored for its property-management services.

It wouldn't be Friday without state Rep. Ron Marsico providing us with his Weekly Roundup.

I saw Patton Place Friday night and the place was packed in as any place. Once the hibatchi opens up, I'd imagine parking might be a premium!

Also looks as if the Dunkin Donuts is undergoing some changes...they aren't open for a lot of late hours...they took down their posted hours.
I was there last night and they didn't have any prices on their boards, and they had a few menu options like personal pizza and sandwiches that was labeled "coming soon".
