I am new to this area...in the past, are people able to go to Koons Pool without being a member and just pay a fee? Any idea of what the fee was in the past? Also, does the pool get crowded during the weekdays in the summer?

And I know it's not Linglestown affiliated, but does anyone know if Mountainview Swim Club gets crowded during weekdays in the summer? (I am a teacher and looking to actually be able to relax somewhat quietly by a pool and read textbooks this summer :)
