Witnesses help L.P. police arrest prowler

At 4:00 am Monday morning Lower Paxton Twp. Police responded to a call early Monday morning from the 600 block of Pool Drive for a subject attempting to enter vehicles. Residents described to police a subject they observed walking through the apartment complex’s parking lot looking into vehicles and checking door handles. Officers arrived in the area and based on the physical and clothing description provided located a subject matching that description walking in the area.

Police arrested Jesse M. Samuel (pictured) of the first block of Ivey Lane, Harrisburg, charging him with loitering and prowling at night, and criminal attempt/theft.
