Good question, Harry. The news release issued by LP police didn't identify the location of the site. I will seek additional info on the burglary at the construction site.

The dog did not get free through the back door. She was stolen. Her collar was found on bluemountain parkway on the side of the road. The perpetrator(s) must've thrown it out of their car window when Penny was in their car.

Just to clarify the story.
