Linglestown Teener A wins pair

The Linglestown Teener A baseball team outscored Swatara 15-3 Friday and nipped Susquehanna 6-5 Saturday to up their record to 4-4.

In Friday’s game, Matt Johnson, Patrick Reagan, Jeremy Seaman and Adam Herrold each contributed a pair of hits. Cameron Funk had a strong pitching performance, holding Swatara to three runs over six innings in route to his first victory of the season.

On Saturday, Linglestown continued their winning ways led by pitcher Joey Bradley who picked up his first victory, allowing only three hits over five innings. Jeremy Seaman paced the team with a two hits.

Upcoming games … Linglestown Teener A will play two games at Koons Park this week – Dauphin on Tuesday, June 17, at 6 pm; Lower Swatara/Middletown next Saturday, June 21 at 5 pm.
