Linglestown youth baseball update

Below is this week's summary of Linglestown Baseball Association action ...

Teener A plays both Friday night and Saturday morning at home. The team is seeking a pair of wins to bring their record to .500.

Teener B Phillies are in first place with a record of 9 - 0 and will travel to Palmyra for a game Friday.

Teener C won three games this week by football-like scores, defeating Lower Swatara/Middletown 28 - 7, Swatara 21 - 0 and Paxton Red 22 - 6.

In Midget action, the Tigers have clinched the top seed for the playoffs and remain undefeated at 16 - 0. The Cubs, Braves and Orioles have all clinched playoff spots and are juggling for the remaining three seeds. Playoffs begin on Monday, June 23.

Wrapping thing up with Pony action, the Mets defeated the Padres
14 - 5, and the Rams shutout the Colts 4 - 0 and the Owls defeated the Padres 10 - 1.
