Government watchdog … Stray Winds Area Neighbors, a community watchdog group better known as SWAN, will hold its monthly meeting tonight at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 1100 Colonial Road, 7 pm. The public is encouraged to attend. … Lower Paxton supervisors will conduct a Township Authority meeting Tuesday, 6 pm, at the Municipal Center to discuss changes to a longstanding agreement that allows the township to send wastewater to a sewage treatment plant in Swatara Township, and a potential state grant funding opportunity will also be discussed. (Editor's note: Authority meeting was canceled.)
