At 2:21 PM, Julian said...: This is great, although the article did not say exactly, it sounds as though the CD School District is entering into a performance contract with Honeywell. If so this is awesome because it does not cost the taxpayer, all the money put into upgrades is paid out of the energy savings over a 15 year period. From reading other articles, I am under the impression that Honeywell did an excellent job with West Chester University and other institutions in the U.S.

Assuming the savings figure is a good number, it appears to be a good deal.
