Election update: Lower Paxton tax collector

Incumbent tax collector Diane Bair topped challenger Gary Gardner by 198 votes in the Republican race. It's possible Gardner could have received enough Democratic write-in votes to appear on the November ballot. (I don't know how write-in votes are reported.)

In another township race, Supervisors Bill Hawk and Gary Crissman were unopposed in their re-election bids.
