Hopefully Colonial Country Club will survive as a golf and tennis club long-term, as opposed to being developed into housing or commercial. Just my opinion.

Mr. Blain should resign from the LP Board. He ran for this position knowing that he committed an unethical act.

I agree - Mr. Blain lied to the people that depended on the company's financial statements. His lies did not stop there! Man up and resign.

"Man up and resign", that's a joke. He wasn't man enough to do the right thing when he had the chance. He wasn't man enough to tell truth. There's no way he's man enough to resign. That would require him to admit he's wrong. In Mr. Blain's mind everyone is wrong but him

I like your comment about not big enough to man up. I have never met a person that is so stuck on himself. He wants to move up in politics and does not care how he gets there. Since he has no integrity and no one trusts him then it is time for him to go! Resign Mr. Blain!

Since I have done business with Blain's accounting firm in the past and see he does not have enough class to resign I have now ended my relationship with M&A CPAs. There are plenty of good firms and they do not hire crooked accountants! See ya Blain!
