CD SCHOOL BOARD needs to put the Brakes on this outsourcing process! They need to form an advisory committee panel of the taxpayers and leave the powers to be off this panel. Because public opinion does matter in this issue. The board would fine that the taxpayers don't want the "gotta effect" down the road. "If only the new high school wasn't all the way out there." One can only think what that added to transportation budget!!
