If there is any board member that is best equipted to begin restoring the body's pummelled credability, it is Ford Thompson. I hope he is able to lead to a resonable concensus about dealing with the revenue challenges, starting with negotiations and settlement of the ill-fated attempt to outsource transporation services... a futile legal battle that has cost us taxpayers in the vicinity of $300,000 ... more than enough to have retained student driver education classes.
