* Linglestown Twilight sandlot baseball team is in action the next two evenings – tonight at Lawnton, 6 pm, and Thursday at Koons Park against Hummelstown, 6 pm.

* Music at St. Thomas Roasters coffee features Frank and Jack Cotolo on Friday, and Kevin Kline on Saturday, 8–10 pm both nights, no cover charge. Shop owner Java Geof is using the shop's porch to stage the mini-concerts, weather permitting.

* Linglestown Fire Company's annual fireworks show at Koons Park is scheduled for Monday, July 5 at 9:30 pm.
