Peach fest on tap Saturday

Calvary Build, a Habitat-for-Humanity Woodbine Street Project, is holding a Peach Extravaganza on Saturday, August 14 from 2-7 pm at Calvary United Methodist Church, 4700 Locust Lane, in Colonial Park.

The Peach Extravaganza will feature peach-related items, including Peachy Paterno ice cream served by a Penn State player.

Other Extravaganza events include a chicken barbecue dinner for $7, a bake sale, huge silent auction, craft tables including bird houses, jewelry and centerpieces, live music all day, kids crafts and games, and a book sale.
