A bit of an aside, but do you happen to know if the Koons park mulch pile will return? Or has the twp's recent policy of selling the stuff to businesses killed the helpful program? Pardon the second leading question... I think I know the answer. :-/

I haven't heard or read anything about free mulch at Koons Park. Your best bet is to call the Public Works Dept. at (717) 657-5615.
