I should say, it "looked" as though it wasn't open. Looked dark inside and no cars in the lot.

Owner told us that it will open on Thursday.

A few cars there this morning, the 21st, so maybe open now?

My wife and I ate there Thursday evening. The food was good, great dessert! We will go back again. Service was a little slow...but it was still opening day.

We ate at Gordon's restaurant last evening, the food was OK. The waitresses seemed surprised when we came in and didn't seem to be too familiar with the menu yet. Business seemed very slow, we were the only ones eating for the hour we were there.

Prices ranged from $9-$22 dollars on the dinner menu, seemed a bit high. Everything from soup, crab cakes to sirloin and filet mignon on the menu. We stuck to salads, chicken fingers and burgers and the price with tip was $65.

We will probably try them again for breakfast, hopefully the price will be reasonable. As the dinner menu is different from other menus, I can't speak to its costs.

Thanks for the reviews.

I met friends at Gordon's on Saturday for breakfast and ordered two eggs, home fries, sausage and coffee. Food quality was similar to St. Thomas Restaurant, but more expensive.

One of the guys at my table ordered waffles with ice cream, which is a breakfast offering. It looked good.

Went for breakfast on Sunday 5/15/11 Service wasn't the greatest! Prices seem a little high. Took forever for the waitress to give us our check. When i chased her down to get the check so then stopped working on it to check 3 other people after me. I guess she thought i had all day to wait. Probably will not go back again.
