What is this "text tweak" that you mentioned? My understanding is that TCC wants to add more buildings than SWAN agreed to.

And why does TCC "have to" build a cookie-cutter development if they don't get their approval on this plan as it stands?

Thanks for the good questions, Transition Harrisburg.

I posted a link to the proposed text amendment.

If the cluster plan is rejected, I believe TCC may choose to go with the cookie-cutter plan due to financial constraints caused by the lengthy plan-approval process.

I remember this "piece of land" from the days when it was owned by a trust, and I was told that it would "never be built on."
