Linglestown two-way traffic a no-show

Unofficially, it appears the detour on Route 39 in Linglestown wasn't ended today as projected because work remains to be done the two roundabouts.

The photo was taken Thursday during the noon hour at the square.

so surprised the work crew has not been working the past several days with the weather being so perfect. anyone have an idea why that is so? seems like they are missing a huge opportunity to get the project done.

They were busy digging up freshly cured concrete on the circle this morning. Someone concreted over something they should not have. Be interesting to know what happened.

Maybe they are going to install the traffic light they should have put there in the first place.

They dug up all the concrete poured that day, both roundabouts and the dividers. I bet it was bad concrete, and tested that way after it cured.
