Need a Super Hero?

Gazette readers are invited to join your friends at Linglestown Life on Friday nights in August to celebrate Super Hero Month!

This Friday night, August 8, at 7 pm a classic Superman feature will be shown at the church’s picnic pavilion located just north of the village square – Superman and the Mole Men, a 1951 theatrical film. Plus, the very first TV episode of Adventures of Superman from 1952 will also be presented.

Other great super-hero classics on tap … Aug. 15, Batman; Aug. 22, The Incredibles (begins at 8 pm following our Ice Cream Social); Aug. 29, Spiderman. All times 7 pm unless noted.

Super Hero Month continues Sunday mornings with messages related to each of the superheroes and some biblical superheroes. You can even learn a lesson about the hero in you. Learn more at the church’s Web site.
