A question for the general public -is poetry reading getting a bit too liberal / left wing for Linglestown?

I would say no, considering I have very ardent conservative friends who enjoy reading poetry.

Do they agree with some of the content? No. But, over all, they enjoy the experience.

I don't see poetry reading being a discussion of conservative vs. liberal. It's a matter of what each poem is about.
