Big crowd expected Saturday in Linglestown

The Linglestown Fire Company is hosting over 40 Dauphin County volunteer fire companies for a convention, and the featured event is a parade of fire equipment and community groups on Saturday starting at 2 pm. The public is invited to join in on the fun at the parade and after-parade events.

The parade route is shown below:
The parade will move out from Blue Bird and Blue Eagle avenues. It will proceed down Blue Eagle and continue on Balthaser Street until it connects with Linglestown Road (Route 39), and then it will proceed to the square in Linglestown and turn south on North Mountain Road to Larue Street and end at Koons Park.
Free entertainment, community groups and food for purchase will be offered at Koons Park following the parade. The Linglestown firefighters hope to see you there!
