Chocolate Cafe gets some positive ink

Kathi K., who writes a dining blog called "Suburbaurants" for PennLive.com, gave Linglestown Chocolate Cafe a glowing review in her latest post. The trendy eatery has made significant changes since its opening in November 2006.
